Tournament Day Timeline
● 11:30 am Registration and Golf Clinic Opens
● 12:00 pm Box Lunch Opens
● 12:45 pm Head to carts and opening remarks
● 1:00 pm Shotgun Start
● Around 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm After party/Dinner/Ceremony
We will be sending each golfer detailed parking information and final registration details.
Pairings: Foursomes will contain one community leader. Pairings will be made by the tournament committee and will be sent on September 8th, 2021 by 5 pm.

COVID-19 Information: COVID-19 remains an issue and we are doing everything we can to keep people safe. We are not mandating a mask or a vaccine policy but we would ask that you be mindful of your health status. Masks may be required while you are in the clubhouse and we will include a mask in each golfer gift bag. Thank you for your cooperation.
Refund Policy: Entry fee will be refunded, regardless of reason, if the Be the Change Golf Tournament Committee is notified in writing before the close of entries. After the close of entries, the entry fee will be refunded in the event of injury or illness only if the Committee is notified by phone at 612/516-9535 by Friday, September 10, 2021 by 5 p.m. If this event is cancelled due to weather, $90 will be refunded, but $60 will be retained by the Tournament Committee because the primary purpose of this event is to raise money for the charity.
